My own journey of self-discovery began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and spirit. As a registered nurse, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of mental health struggles on individuals and families. Determined to make a difference, I pursued training in art therapy, recognising the transformative power of creativity in healing.



Lived Experience


My personal journey has been marked by challenges and triumphs, including my own experience with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (cPTSD). Through years of self-exploration, therapy, and self-reflection, I've learned to navigate the complexities of trauma and reclaim my inner strength and resilience.
